By accessing or using any services or products provided by TechOSafe.click, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement to enroll in our courses, purchase digital resources, or order physical goods.

3. Services and Products

TechOSafe.click offers the following:

• Online IT literacy courses and training programs.
• Digital resources, such as e-books, guides, and tutorials.
• Physical goods, including printed manuals and training kits.

4. Account Registration

To access certain offerings, you may need to create an account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are displayed on the relevant course or product page. Full payment is required before access or shipment. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Online Courses and Services

If you request a refund at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date, TechOSafe will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. You may also opt to reschedule your course once at no extra cost, subject to availability.

After the course has started, all registrations are final and not subject to refunds due to the nature of live instruction delivery.

6.2. Digital Resources

Digital downloads are provided immediately upon purchase. Refund requests for digital resources must be submitted within 48 hours of download. Approved requests will be fully refunded within 10 business days. After 48 hours, all sales are final, as digital content cannot be reclaimed.

6.3. Physical Goods

For physical goods, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt to arrange shipment back in unused condition. Once the goods are received and inspected, we will process a full refund within 10 business days. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, digital content, and brand names are property of TechOSafe.click or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt our services or infringe upon the rights of others. Any prohibited conduct may result in termination of your access without compensation.
